Summer Night

Wednesday, June 2, 2010

A summer sky and the feeling of a summer's night is magnificant in itself.  Laughing, talking, catching fireflies, or just staring up in the sky; this is when memories begin.  It is summertime and the importance of developing and fostering traditions and memories is important especially with our children.  Summer is a time of excitement that our children anticipate though the last few months of their school year.  Make the summertime special not only for them but for you too...let your children stay up a little later, lay on the grass, catch fireflies, take in the darkness and teach them to develop comfort in this feeling instead of fearing the dark, pitch a tent and stay overnight or just a few hours in the tent with them.  Experience the summer at night and begin developing those memories and traditions, these memories will provide comfort for both you and your children in times of despair or may just place a small smile on their face in a time of need.  Read a story about a girl, a dad and a summer sky...http://bit.ly/aoXXLL
